All tours begin with a 15 minute orientation of the family history and farm. It is used just to help set the mood and atmosphere and a better understanding of the role the Wright family plays in American History.

Agri-Tour
Our Agri-Tour of the Crystal Crawfish farm beings with a class showing a video to help us take you through step-by-step on how we grow crawfish and rice in the same field, with the farmer as your instructor. Our fields are the one that you seen on entering the heritage farm. During the class, questions and discussions are encouraged!

Francine's Blue Rose Museum
Our little two story 1848 Acadian Cottage holds many worldly collectibles. Treasures ranging from fine china, silver, and crystals to furniture and Acadian / Creole history. This cottage was originally built of Louisiana cypress and bouislage, now with added rooms it has 10 different sections of multi-cultural artifacts.

Salmon's Classic Car Garage
Big toys for big boys. Salmon loved to collect, work on and drive cars. One unique part of Salmon's collection is the number of Mercedes in the garage, including 2 300 S.L. Roadsters. A wide range of models are in the garage, from a 1937 Packard to the 1964 Cutlass Oldsmobile 442 to name a few.
